Niel Hirjee The original 'computer kid' of the 80's turned geek, Niel believes that he has the divine right to make a computer do anything he wants it to do. Unorganized and undisciplined, Niel does things 'his way' - a living example of chaos theory in action. He is, however, able to produce innovative solutions to seemingly impossible-to-solve computer problems. His primary responsibility at Calport is systems administration and business development.
Amritava Mazumder Calm & collected by nature, Amritava uses the conventional, tried and tested approach to compliment Niel's work. He is adept at interpersonal communication and acts as the interface between the client and the development team. Amritava combines his natural creative flare with his knowledge of computer software to produce outstanding results in the areas of copywriting, computer graphics and design.
Malobika Chaudhuri Runs Mono Translation Bureau, a multi-lingual translation agency. Her translations of several of Saratchandra's novels are forthcoming, with Parineeta published by Penguin Books in 2005. Malobika assists the team with translation of content into Indian and European languages as well as content development in syntactically correct international English.
Samit Roychowdhury Trained as a designer from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad in the 1990's and after spending a few years in the computer hardware industry, Samit is currently freelancing as a web, graphic and map designer. Samit assists the team on high value projects for web and print design.
Indranil Datta An Sun Microsystems certified advanced Java programmer with experience in JDBC, servlets and JSP, Indra is assisting with development of new web based products and services. |
